(ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners, namely; Binder Singh @ Binder, Kamal Kumar Khosla, Arshdeep @ Harsh @ Shivji, Narinder Kumar @ Ninder and Ashwani Kumar @ Mintu, in case FIR No. 74 dated 10.06.2013, registered under Sections 323, 324, 326, 452, 427, 506, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station Mukerian, District Hoshiarpur. Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that in pursuance of the order dated 07.10.2017 of this Court, the petitioners have appeared before the trial Court and furnished bail bonds and surety bonds to its satisfaction. In support of his contention, he placed on record photocopy of the order dated 23.10.2017 passed by the trial Court, duly attested by him, in Court today. The same is taken on record, subject all just exceptions. Office to tag the same at the appropriate place. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 07.10.2017, passed by this Court is made absolute. The petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
