Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Daljinder Singh, who is present in court, submits that trial is already in progress. Prosecution shall endeavor to examine the witnesses at the earliest.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn.
