The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 0028 dated 28.03.2024, under Sections 308, 323, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station City-2, Abohar, District Fazilka. 2.

After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition by keeping all his arguments open with regard to the role played by the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner shall surrender before the trial Court within 01 week from today and in case, he files for any regular bail, the same be decided expeditiously.
