RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.49 dated 03.07.2018 registered under Sections 427, 379, 186 and 506 IPC at Police Station Noormahal, District Jalandhar. On instructions from investigating officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 04.09.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
