Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No.2 & 3 to protect his life and liberty at the hands of respondents No. 5 to 15. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner, who is a Non-Resident Indian, is owner of the property, which infact is in the name of his mother. The property was given as a caretaker to respondent No.5, who is now advancing threats and infact also caused injuries to the petitioner on 5.8.2017. The petitioner was got admitted to Civil Hospital on 6.8.2017 and still no action is taken by the police either by not lodging any FIR or DDR. The petitioner has made a representation dated 2.9.2017 (Annexure P11) to respondent No.2 & 3, but the same remained unattended till now.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and perusal of record, respondent No.2, is directed to Deepak Kumar Bhardwaj 2017.10.06 14:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
