Pursuant to the interim order dated 5.2.2016 the petitioner was required to appear before CJM, Hoshiarpur on 20.2.2016. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

The petition is disposed of with an observation that in case the petitioner has complied with order dated 5.2.2016, he will continue to remain on bail against the bail bonds already furnished but in case order dated 5.2.2016 has not been complied with, the present petition will be deemed to have dismissed.
