(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.111 dated 07.05.2018, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 380, 427 and 506 IPC, Police Station Chhapar, District Yamuna Nagar (P-1) along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (P-2).

Pursuant to order dated 04.09.2018 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court on 25.10.2018 to get their statements recorded. Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class-cum-Civil Judge (JD), Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhari has submitted her report vide letter bearing No.426 dated 01.11.2018 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Yamuna Nagar, vide letter bearing No.23843 dated 01.11.2018. According to the report, ld. Judicial Magistrate Ist Class-cumCivil Judge (JD), Yamuna Nagar, Jagadhari, is satisfied that compromise SONIKA 2018.12.11 09:57 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CRM-M-38349 of 2018 --2-- has been arrived at between the parties without any pressure. Considering the report of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Classcum-Civil Judge (JD), Yamuna Nagar, Jagadhari, dated 01.11.2018 and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, aforesaid FIR No. 111 dated 07.05.2018 along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioner only, subject to payment of costs of `10,000/-, out of which `3,000/- shall be deposited with the Bar Association of Punjab and Haryana High Court and `7,000/- with the Prime Minister National Relief Fund within two weeks from today, failing which this petition shall be deemed to be dismissed.

Disposed of accordingly.
