, -./ The instant petition has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 21.10.2022 passed by Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chandigarh in complaint No. COMA/4567/2018 titled as "Manjeet Singh versus Chinnu Sachdeva, wherein the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed person. Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent-U.T. Chandigarh on instructions from SI Giani Ram informs that the petitioner has since then been arrested and was granted bail by the Court. In view of the above, the present petition has been disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
