Mr. Saurabh Mago, DAG Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 6-State and has pointed out that the matter is pending after remand before the Collector, Karnal for 13.04.2026. It is further stated that the matter would be decided within a period of 06 months from today. 4.

In view of the limited prayer, the present petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.3 to decide the matter, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a period of 06 months from today.
