The petitioner through the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is seeking direction to official respondents to proceed with complaint dated 10.01.2022 submitted by petitioner against respondent No. 6.

Short reply by way of affidavit of Gupreet Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, City-II Bathinda on behalf of respondentState is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place.

As per State reply there is no substance in the complaint and petitioner is attempting to pressurize respondent No. 6. 4.
