Learned counsel for the respondents has fairly submitted that in all the cases, the claim of the petitioner has been accepted vide order dated 22.04.2026 and a copy of the same has been given to the Court which is taken on record as Mark A and a copy of the same has also been given to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that although benefit has been given but the amount has not been released. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that the amount in pursuance of the orders passed would be released to the petitioner within a period of one month from today and it is further submitted that in case the same is not done and the petitioner has to file application for revival of the petition, then, the respondents would pay Rs.15,000/- in each petition to the petitioner as cost.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the same, the present petitions be disposed of. 5.

In view of the same, the present petitions are disposed of. The respondents would release the amount due to the petitioner in pursuance of the orders passed within a period of one month from today. 6.

It is made clear that in case the same is not released to the

COCP-1400-2026(O&M) 3 petitioner within a period of one month from today and the petitioner has to file application for revival of the petition, then, the respondents as undertaken before this Court would be liable to pay Rs.15,000/- as cost in each of the petitions over and above the amount which is due to the petitioner.

Pending application, if any, stands disposed of in view of the abovesaid order.
