In view of the specific prayer made by learned counsel representing the applicant/petitioner for withdrawal of the main case and in view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed as prayed for and the main case i.e. CWP-11001-2021, which was previously adjourned sine die, is preponed and is taken on board today and the main case itself is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
