**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) Due to the outbreak of pandemic COVID-19, the instant case is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Prayer in the instant petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3, to provide protection of life and liberty to the petitioner from the hands of respondents No.4 to 6. In compliance to the order dated 20th July, 2020, the learned State counsel has placed on record the statements of the petitioner and her aunt, wherein, it has been categorically stated that the petitioner does not require any protection. The said statements have been filed through e-mail, in Court today. Same is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.

In view of the statements made by the petitioner and her aunt, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he would not want press the present petition. Dismissed as not pressed.
