(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.55 dated 12.09.2020 registered under Sections 354, 376, 506 IPC (Section 376(D), 450 IPC deleted later on) and Sections 6, 10 of the POCSO Act at Women Police Station, Hansi, District Hisar. Learned counsel for the petitioner herein prays for grant of regular bail to the petitioner herein, however, at this stage, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the said matter, since the allegations levelled in the FIR are serious.

At this stage, learned ocunsel for the respondent-State would submit that the matter is pending for recording the statement of the prosecutrix.
