(Oral) This petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.72 dated 31.05.2020, under Sections 379/188/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Rozka Meo, District Nuh (Section 411 IPC added lateron).

Learned State counsel on instructions from Head Constable Sukhbir submits that pursuant to direction given by this Court on 24.07.2020, the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, the order dated 24.07.2020 is hereby made absolute.

The petition stands disposed of.
