MEHTA, J.(Oral) By way of the instant revision-petition, the petitionersdefendants have assailed the order (Annexure P-8) passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ludhiana (for short 'the trial Court') on 07.03.2024, whereby the application moved by them for seeking amendment in their written-statement, has been dismissed.

However, at this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present revision-petition, while submitting that the petitioners will put the documents, as intended to be mentioned in their written-statement by way of the proposed amendment therein, to the respondents-plaintiffs during their cross-examination and if there need be, they would tender the same while leading their evidence, for being considered by the trial Court in accordance with law.

Resultantly, the revision-petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn, accordingly.
