****** ANOOP CHITKARA , J.(ORAL) Seeking quashing of order dated 01.04.2024 to the extent of direction to the petitioner to deposit 20% of compensation and order of revoking suspension of sentence, the petitioner has come up before this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C. 2.

On 30.04.2024, the following order was passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court:- "CRM-17742-2024 Application for exemption is allowed as prayed for subject to all just exceptions.

Main case Contends inter alia that petitioner is ready to deposit 20% of the compensation amount in terms of order dated 01.04.2024 (P-1) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Panipat within four weeks. Notice of motion for 02.07.2024.

Let needful be done before the date fixed.

In the meantime, petitioner shall join proceedings before learned appellate Court and he be released on interim bail till the next date of hearing on his furnishing bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of learned appellate Court.

However, it is made clear that in case there is a failure, this Court would be constrained to withdraw the interim protection." 3.

Petitioner's counsel submits that he had complied with the order dated 30.04.2024 and deposited the 20% amount as directed by the Court. 4.

Given above, nothing survives in the present petition and the same is disposed of.
