Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 450 dated 14.6.2017, registered under Section(s) 406, 420 & 120-B IPC at Police Station Civil Lines, Karnal, District Karnal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner was not in the business of immigration and he had not received any amount. Moreso, if at all the allegations are taken to be correct, a sum of Rs.14,65,000/- was deposited in his account, which he is ready to repay and the matter is purely of civil nature, which has been given the colour of criminal case. He further contended that petitioner is ready to join the investigation.

Having considered all these facts that petitioner had allegedly received an amount of Rs.14,65,000/- on account of sending the brother of Deepak Kumar Bhardwaj 2017.10.09 14:47 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
