However, the same will be provided as and when, the petitioners apprehend any danger to their life and liberty. Copy of statement and compromise has been placed on file. None has appeared for the petitioner.

In view of submissions of learned State counsel, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach Senior Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Sahib, as and when they apprehend any danger to their life and liberty.
