RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to the respondents not to call the petitioners without complying with the provisions of Section 160 Cr.P.C. in connection with investigation of any case.
