******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 211 dated 16.09.2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 148, 323, 327, 452, 506 read with Section 149 of Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC'), at Police Station Shalawas, District Jhajjar. Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioners have joined the investigation. They have not been attributed any injury in the occurrence.

Learned State counsel submits that allegation against petitioners no. 1 and 2 is that they accompanied the assailants while petitioner no. 3 tried to hit head of the complainant with axe but no injury was caused.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and order dated 25.10.2016 allowing interim bail to Jitender Kumar 2017.01.19 09:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-38318 of 2016 -2petitioners is made absolute till the presentation of challan, subject to the following terms:- (i) that petitioners shall make themselves available for interrogation by the police as and when required; (ii) that petitioners shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against them so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

(iii) that petitioners shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.

(iv) that petitioners will seek regular bail on the presentation of challan in Court.
