******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Present petitions have been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners in case criminal complaint No. 21 dated 29.05.2013 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 420, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 120-B of Indian Penal Code.

CRM-M-38319 of 2016 -2Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners have surrendered before the trial Court and have been allowed interim bail under orders dated 25.10.2016, 26.10.2016 and 27.10.2016 passed in their respective petitions.

Petitioners have been summoned for offences punishable under Sections 302 read with Section 120-B and 420 IPC by Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kosli on the complaint filed by respondent no. 2. It has been submitted that earlier complaint was made to the police but petitioners were found to be innocent.

Keeping in view above facts but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, these petitions are allowed and orders dated 25.10.2016, 26.10.2016 and 27.10.2016 passed in respective petitions are made absolute.
