Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to the official respondents to conduct fair and prompt investigation against the persons nominated as accused in complaint dated 26.9.2017 lodged at Police Station Faizapura, District Amritsar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made a representations dated 29.9.2017 (Annexure P3) to respondent No.2Senior Superintendent of Police, District Amritsar and dated 29.9.2017 (Annexure P5) to respondent No.1-Director General of Police, Punjab, but the same remained unattended till now.
