*** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.77 dated 05.06.2018, under Sections 323, 341, 427, 506 and 34 IPC, Police Station Barnala (P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 25.07.2018 (P-2).
Pursuant to order dated 04.09.2018 of this Court, parties appeared before the trial Court on 11.10.2018 for recording their statements. Learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barnala, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.646 dated 13.10.2018 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Barnala, vide letter bearing No.5979/EB dated 17.10.2018.

CRM-M-38398 of 2018 --2-- According to the report, ld. Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barnala, is satisfied that the compromise is the result of free consent and the same is a valid one.
In compliance of order dated 25.02.2019, receipts regarding deposit of costs of `15,000/- have also been produced in Court today. The same are taken on record. Be tagged at appropriate place. Considering the report of ld. Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barnala, dated 13.10.2018 and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, aforesaid FIR No.77 dated 05.06.2018 along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioners only.
Disposed of accordingly.
