NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J.(ORAL) Learned counsel contends that after dismissal of the earlier application by learned trial Court, there are changed circumstances and, as such, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition to enable the petitioner to approach learned trial Court for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the above prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner. Ordered accordingly.
