(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 115, dated 31.03.2021, under Sections 498-A, 406 of IPC, registered at Police Station City Kharar, District SAS Nagar Learned counsel for the petitioners states that pursuant to order dated 17th June, 2021, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation. Further submits that in compliance to the order dated 17th June, 2021 of this Court, the parties appeared before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre at District Courts, SAS Nagar, Mohali, wherein, the matter stands amicably settled and subsequent to that, a joint petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has also been filed before the Family Court.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Jarnail Singh, states that the petitioners are no longer required for further interrogation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 17th June, 2021, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
