(ORAL) The only grievance raised before this Court is the manner and method in which the statement of PW-66 Makhan Singh, which was earlier recorded through video conferencing, is being recorded in compliance of the impugned order dated 28.5.2015 (Annexure P-10). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the learned trial court by moving an appropriate application in this regard and the learned trial court may be directed to consider the application of the petitioner, by passing an appropriate order, in accordance with law. In view of the above, permission is granted to the petitioner to approach the learned trial court by moving an appropriate application pointing out the practical difficulty which is being faced by the petitioner. CRM-M-37434 of 2015 when such an application is moved by the petitioner, the same shall be considered and decided by the learned trial court by passing an appropriate order, strictly in accordance with law and also keeping in view the earlier order passed by it.
