SUDIP AHLUWALIA, J. (ORAL) Ld. State Counsel submits that MLR of the Victim in compliance of the previous order has already been sent up. 2.

Submits further on instructions from ASI-Gulab Singh that the Petitioner has since joined the investigation and the weapon of offence i.e. the iron rod allegedly used by him in the occurrence has also been recovered, on account of which his custody is not required at this stage for the purpose of investigation.

In the circumstances, the order of interim bail passed earlier on 16.07.2020 in favour of the Petitioner is, hereby, confirmed. 4.
