***** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The petitioner seeks the grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in a case bearing FIR No.194 dated 04.05.2022 under Sections 186, 332, 353, 379, 307, 34 IPC registered with Police Station Sadar Tauru, District Nuh.

The learned State counsel on instructions submits that the though the petitioner has joined the investigation in terms of the order dated 30.05.2022, but he is required for custodial interrogation. On a query, he is unable to justify as to why the petitioner is required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, interim order dated 30.05.2022 is made absolute.

However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands disposed of.
