Dated Police Station Sections 21.3.2023 Vigilance Bureay, Flying Squad-1, District SAS Nagar, Mohali 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and 120-B IPC 1.
Aggrieved by the registration of FIR captioned above, the accused has come up before this court under section 482 CrPC for its quashing along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

After arguing for some time, but facing stiff opposition from the State of Punjab, petitioner's counsel submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an application for discharge before the trial Court by taking up all the points which have been mentioned in the petition as well as additional points which he may come across and prayed for a direction to the trial Court to answer all such points by passing a reasoned order.

Given the entirety of facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is permitted withdraw the present petition and file an application for discharge before the trial Court and the trial Court is requested to consider every point raised in the application and decide the same by passing a speaking and reasoned order.
