Present revision petition has been filed challenging the order dated 23.02.2024 whereby the application filed by the respondents under Order IX Rule 7 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for setting aside the ex parte order dated 19.11.2019 has been allowed on the ground that 'no objection' has been endorsed on the application. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents at the outset states that he would have no objection if the order dated 23.02.2024 is set aside and the matter is remanded to decide the application under Order IX Rule 7 CPC afresh.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is allowed and the impugned order dated 23.02.2024 stands set aside.
