Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking interim regular bail in FIR No. 110 dated 27.8.2012 under Section 15 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Kartarpur, District Jalandhar.

Heard.

Petitioner had sought interim bail to enable him to attend the marriage of his real sister. Admittedly, marriage of the sister of the petitioner was to be performed today before noon. Since the marriage ceremony of the sister of the petitioner has already been performed, this petition has been rendered infrucutous and is disposed of accordingly.
