CRM-M-37493-2017 Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions protection of life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents No. 4 & 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made a representation dated 23.10.2017 (Annexure P2) to respondent No.2Senior Superintendent of Police, Barnala, but the same remained unattended till now.
