**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 261 dated 3.7.2015 registered at Police Station Rai, Sonepat, District Sonepat under Sections 304-B, 34 IPC.
Petitioner is in custody since 5.7.2015.
Counsel for the petitioner contends that 12 witnesses have been examined which include the private witnesses and the trial is not concluding. Counsel further contends that there is a reference to a call made at 8.00 A.M. to the deceased but the police did not collect the call records. Counsel further contends that the deceased was a Nurse in a Government Hospital and no suicide note was left.
State counsel submits that the FSL report has still not been received.

No. M-38355 of 2016 -2Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and considering the fact that the trial will take time to conclude, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing local surety and adequate bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate.
