Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.2, Senior Superintendent of Police, S.B.S.Nagar, is directed to decide the representation (Annexure P-6) in a time-bound manner.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to Senior Superintendent of Police, S.B.S.Nagar, respondent No.2, to decide the representation (Annexure P-6) within two months of receipt of certified copy of this order.
