Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioners, namely Satnam Singh and Mastana in case FIR No. 175 dated 08.04.2019, registered under Section(s) 294, 332, 34, 353, 427 & 506 IPC at Police Station Pehowa, District Kurukshetra. Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that the petitioners have since joined the investigation and they are not required for further investigation in any way. Thus, they be released on pre-arrest bail. Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions, affirmed the fact that the petitioners have joined the investigation and they are not required for any further investigation.
