RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No.27 dated 25.7.2014 under Sections 448, 511,427,506,148,149 IPC and Section 380 IPC and 25/54/59 Arms Act, registered at Police Station City Banga, Distt. Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar.

Notice of motion was issued vide order dated 9.2.2015 and interim direction was granted to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Mohan Lal, Police Station City Banga, Distt. Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar submits that in compliance of the order passed by this court, petitioner has joined the investigation. He further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required.

Crl.Misc. No.M-3746 of 2015 hereby made absolute.
