-.- JAISHREE THAKUR J. (ORAL) The petitioners herein seek a direction for quashing of the FIR No.758 dated 03.09.2017 registered at Police Station Model Town, District Panipat under Section 365 IPC.

In pursuance of notice of motion order, status report has been filed by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Panipat, who submits that the matter has been investigated, pursuant to which a cancellation report has already been filed before the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Panipat and the same has been accepted by an order dated 26.02.2019, after recording statement of the private respondent No.2.

Since the mater has already been investigated and cancellation report has been presented, which has been accepted by the Court below, no further orders are called for and consequently, the instant petition stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
