Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking transfer of investigation/inquiry in case FIR No. 705 dated 3.7.2017, registered under Section 379A IPC at Police Station City, Karnal as some aspersions have been cased upon the Investigating Officer to his role while conducting the inquiry. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner had made representation dated 1.9.2017 (Annexure P4) to the Director General of Police, Haryana but the same remained unattended till now. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.1-Inspector General of Police, Karnal Range, Karnal, is directed to look into the representation dated 1.9.2017 (Annexure P4) and take required action, if any, as per law.
