Learned State counsel submits that petitioner is involved in six other cases of similar nature.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to petitioner to surrender before the investigating agency and thereafter seek regular bail. Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. In case petitioner acts in aforesaid manner, his plea for bail shall be considered expeditiously by the concerned court, preferably within a week.
