Learned counsel for the petitioner upon being informed of the size of font used in this writ petition, which is too small and difficult to read, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file fresh one with correct font.

It is noticed that the Registry had pointed out that the font is inadmissibile and the petition could not have been filed with the said small font but the counsel has stated on the file to the clerk of the Registry that the objections had been removed and put up the file as it is, in the Court. The approach adopted by the counsel is not appreciable. 3.

While allowing him to withdraw the writ petition with the aforesaid liberty, costs of Rs.2000/- is imposed to be deposited with the High Court Legal Services Committee, Chandigarh whereafter he will be free to file fresh petition with the aforesaid liberty.
