#$ !% Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Sukhpal Singh, Police Station Sarhali, District Tarn Taran, submits that both the boy as well as the girl have made statements before the police, which have been placed on the record, that threat to their life and personal liberty no more subsists.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions from his client has made a statement before this Court withdrawing the present petition.

Allowed to do so.

The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
