(The aforesaid presence is being recorded through video conferencing since the proceedings are being conducted in virtual court) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case, FIR No.115 dated 31.05.2021, registered under Sections 323, 452, 506, 427 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur (Punjab).

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 17.06.2021 passed by the coordinate Bench of this Court is made absolute, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of accordingly.
