Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in complaint case bearing No. 128/17 dated 12.9.2017 titled as "Saurabh v. Shamsher etc." under Sections 166, 167, 195, 196, 211, 220, 346, 465, 471 & 120-B IPC, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaithal, District Kaithal. Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) contended that the petitioner(s) have since joined the investigation and they are not required for further investigation in any way. Thus, they be released on pre-arrest bail.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from Assistant Sub Inspector Suresh Kumar affirmed the fact that the petitioner(s) have joined the investigation.
