***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.161 dated 13.12.2022, registered under Section 174-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Bhupani, District Faridabad. 2.

Following the denial of bail by the learned trial Court, the petitioner is now before this Court seeking his release as an undertrial in a case FIR No.7 dated 16.01.2022, registered under Sections 22/ 29 of the NDPS Act, at Sherpur Police Station, in Sangrur.

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that entire prosecution evidence is over and trial is now fixed for final arguments/ recording of statement under Section 313 of Cr. P.C.

In view of the aforesaid statement, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is under instructions not to press the petition, at this stage. 5.

Dismissed as not pressed.
