(ORAL) After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to appear before the learned trial court, seek bail and then approach this Court by way of similar petition for quashing of the impugned FIR, if necessity arises. Permission is granted.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for. The learned trial court is also directed to consider each and every relevant aspect of the matter brought to its notice at the instance of the petitioner, while considering bail application of the petitioner, and decide the same at an early date by passing an appropriate order, in accordance with law.
