Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 63 dated 9.8.2013, registered under Section(s) 21 & 27 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Sections 25/25(54)/59 of the Arms Act, 1959 and sections 73 & 207 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 at Police Station Verowal, District Tarn Taran.

The petitioner was earlier admitted to bail; thereafter he remained away from the Court for pretty long period and was declared as proclaimed offender in the month of September, 2017. In view of above, no case is made out to grant the concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner and the present petition stands dismissed. (Shekher Dhawan) Judge October 10, 2017 "DK"
