Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondent No.1 to investigate the matter in case FIR No. 214 dated 03.03.2018, registered under Section 302 & 34 IPC at Police Station City, Thaneshar, District Kurukshetra.

Petitioner, who is present in the Court, has taken the plea that despite registration of FIR under Sections 302 & 34 IPC on 03.03.2018, neither any accused has been arrested nor proper investigation has been done in the matter. For that purpose, petitioner made representation dated 27.03.2018 (Annexure P2) before respondent No.2-Home Secretary, Haryana at Chandigarh, but still no action has been taken thereon. In view of above, present petition stands disposed of with the directions to respondent No.2-Home Secretary, Haryana at Chandigarh to look into the representation dated 27.03.2018 (Annexure P2), made by the petitioner and take the required action thereon, as per law.
