**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Grievance of the petitioner is that despite preparation of final bill, the same has not been released to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the legal notice got issued by the petitioner is still pending before respondent No.2 and at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied in case its legal notice is ordered to be decided by respondent No.2 in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2 submits that the legal notice got issued by the petitioner shall be decided within four weeks in accordance with law.

If the payment is ultimately found to be delayed payment and delay is attributable to the respondents, then the petitioner shall be paid interest @ 6% per annum for the delayed payment from the date of accrual till final realization of the amount.
