(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.39 dated 26.05.2021 under Sections 323, 377, 506, 34 IPC registered at Women Police Station, Rohtak. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has complied with the orders dated 18.06.2021 and 08.10.2021. He further submits that the petitioner had joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating agency. Therefore, the present petition be allowed. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Kanta, does not dispute the factum of the petitioner having joined investigation and cooperated with the investigation agency. She further submits that the petitioner is not required for further interrogation much less for his custodial interrogation.
